Supercast for memberships
A private podcast membership tool charging a flat fee per subscriber, with no revenue share and your own Stripe account.
What Supercast is
Supercast turns a podcast into a paid membership. Subscribers get a private RSS feed that works in Apple Podcasts, Overcast, or whatever they already use, and you pay a flat fee per subscriber rather than a share of revenue.
Who it’s best for
Podcasters whose membership is bonus episodes or an ad-free feed, particularly at $8 a month and above where a flat fee is much cheaper than a percentage.
- Podcasters selling bonus or ad-free feeds
- Shows with higher-priced memberships, where a flat per-subscriber fee is cheap
- Anyone who wants subscribers in their own Stripe account
Who should avoid it
Anyone whose membership includes anything other than audio, and anyone charging so little that $0.59 per subscriber is a meaningful share.
- Anything that is not a podcast
- Very low-priced memberships, where $0.59 is a large share of revenue
- Creators who need community, courses, or video
Membership models it supports
Not every platform suits every kind of membership. These are the models we consider it a genuine option for.
- Podcast membership
- Migrating an existing membership

- No discovery: your existing listeners are the audience.
Data ownership and migration
Excellent. No revenue share, subscribers in your own Stripe account, and a documented path in and out.
